Manage Chat on your Presentation Page

As an admin, moderate the complete chat activity that is occurring on your Presentation Page when chat is shown. From this list view, Admins can delete messages.

Chat messages will load the first 1000 chat messages, then a Show More would appear to load older chat messages.

NOTE: Users must be logged in while viewing the presentation page, in order to view, send and receive chat messages. 

Manage the chat messages

Review all chat messages which are listed in reverse chronological order (most recent to oldest). To stay current on activity while sitting on this page, click Refresh Messages to update with the most recent messages.

  1. From the Admin Navigation, select Communications > Chat.
  2. Scroll to review the chat history.
    • Click Delete to remove any chats from both the list of chat messages as well as the chat on the presentation page.
