Item History
Each item detail displays a history of bids or purchases. Choose how the item history appears to users.
TIP: When in Admin pageview, the Item History and names will always be visible. Switch to the Donor pageview to confirm what users will see.
Show or Hide Bidder Names
Choose to show or hide bidder names under the Item History. Applies to Silent and live items only.
From the Dashboard, navigate to Users > Settings.
Scroll down to the Bids and Purchases section. Click the dropdown under Bids. Choose Show Names or Hide All Bids > Save.
Show or Hide Purchaser Names
Choose to show or hide winner or purchaser names under Item History. This setting applies to:
- Raffle Items
- Instant Items
- Donate Items
- Silent Items (closed and reconciled only)
- Live Items (closed and reconciled only)
NOTE: Purchaser Names do not show under the Item History for Vote Items.
From the Dashboard, navigate to Users > Settings.
Scroll down to the Bids and Purchases section. Click the dropdown under Purchases and choose Show Names or Hide All Bids > Save.
