Download the GiveSmart Events Mobile App

The GiveSmart Events Admin app is now available for download on the Apple App Store for iOS devices and is compatible with supported card readers.

IMPORTANT: Only users with a Volunteer or Admin role need to download this application for the purposes of operating card readers at in-person events.

General users (attendees, bidders, or donors) do NOT need the app and will receive a link to access the site via their browser.


Downloading the App

App Store Badge

  1. Visit the Apple App Store, and search 'GiveSmart Events' to begin the download.

    IMPORTANT: There are two GiveSmart apps in the Apple App Store, one for GiveSmart Fundraise & the other for GiveSmart Events.

    Please ensure you select the GiveSmart Events Admin app. 

  2. Log in to the mobile app using your GiveSmart Events username and password.
  3. Depending on your role and the number of events you are an admin or volunteer for, you may start in different locations on the app.
    1. Org Admin
      • Will be taken to the Org Hub, where you will need to select the event
    2. Campaign Admin & Volunteers
      • If an admin or volunteer in only one event:
        • Will be taken directly to the dashboard of the event
      • If an admin or volunteer in more than one event:
        • Will be taken to the Event Site selection page
  4. Once in the event, simply attach the card reader to the device.
